My stay at TSG Emerald was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and service was good, but accessing them through the bar area behind it was a bit inconvenient. Despite friendly staff, the noise from the kitchen and corridors was a downside.

TSG Emerald is a gem in the heart of the city, offering spacious and well-maintained rooms, but could improve on some service aspects. The central location near major sightseeing points is a big advantage, although the dining options, while good, could be more varied.

The hotel offers decent rooms ideal for resting, with spacious and well-maintained facilities, but showing some signs of aging. The staff is extremely cooperative and patient, notably Raffiq, providing courteous and prompt assistance. The prime city center location near major attractions and with good connectivity is a major plus, though extreme room conditions without a fan could be challenging. The dining experience, though rushed, was tolerable with a superb salad. Overall, a valuable stay.

The rooms are clean and the service is available 24/7, with courteous staff always ready to assist. However, the room size is small, the bathrooms need improvement, and there is no view from the room. On the downside, the corridors can sometimes have a stink, and noise from the nearby kitchen staff can be bothersome.
